Revel, on a Saturday, is the oldest in Europe and still has a thriving following. Here you will see everything from a loaf of bread - in all shapes and sizes - to a few live hens to take home!

And there's Castres, famous for its Foie Gras, St. Gaudens for the local growers; Salies-du-Salat for their fruit and vegetables, etc!
